Arizona Board of Funeral Directors & Embalmers Payments

Consumer guides are purchased by the case, 250 per.  They can be either shipped to the customer for picked up from the office. 

Prior to making a payment you need to fill out a public records request form and submit it to the board.

You can purchase the Law Books here.  They are $7.00 a piece and can either be shipped to the customer or picked up from the office.
